WHITTINGTON
ROOIBOS

Rooibus is a typical South African drink. It is improperly called red tea because its flavour, colour and aroma are similar. The name rooibos comes from Afrikaans, the language spoken by Dutch settlers meaning "red bush". An infusion beverage is obtained from the leaves of this shrub, which contains no caffeine or tannin and is rich in salts, Vitamin C and antioxidant properties. This red infusion is found in its pure version or flavoured, and can be enjoyed at any time of the day for its relaxing properties.
